Wireless Hotspot Terms and Conditions

You can access the Internet through a wireless hotspot named “Jaldifi”, operated by Rural Broadband Private Limited (“RBB”). RBB is a provider of free wireless Internet access and related services (the “Service”).

The use of the Service is governed by the wireless hotspot terms and conditions described in this Agreement. You may only use the Service if you explicitly agree to these terms each time you connect.

Please review the terms carefully before accessing the Service. By accepting the Agreement and accessing the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age, have read and understood the Agreement, and agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.

The Service is a service provided by RBB to Jaldifi customers (“Users”). Your access to the Service is completely at the discretion of RBB and may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to: violation of this Agreement, actions that may cause liability to RBB, disruption of access to other Users or networks, or violation of applicable laws and regulations.

You must accept this Agreement each time you use the Service. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms prior to each use, as RBB reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

The Service is available only at designated locations; actual service coverage, speed, and quality may vary. Service availability is subject to factors such as:

  • Emergencies
  • Third-party service failures
  • Transmission, equipment, or network issues
  • Interference or weak signal strength
  • Maintenance and repair downtime

As a result, the Service may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed at any time.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

You must not use the Service in a way that could: damage RBB’s or others’ property, interfere with or harm systems or networks, or violate any laws or regulations.

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.
  • Cooperate in any fraud investigation initiated by RBB.
  • Use fraud prevention measures as required by RBB.
  • Avoid activities that damage or risk RBB’s business, reputation, employees, or systems.

🚫 Improper and prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
  • Violating laws, including export control, consumer protection, or telecommunications laws.
  • Creating security risks or disrupting service operations.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights (e.g. copyrights, trademarks).
  • Engaging in defamation, harassment, fraud, or publishing private data without consent.
  • Spreading malware: viruses, trojans, worms, etc.
  • Forging headers or misrepresenting transmission info.
  • Hacking or accessing unauthorized networks.
  • Intercepting or storing third-party data without permission.
  • Sending spam, chain mails, or unsolicited promotions.
  • Disrupting other users, hosts, or networks.
🛡️ Monitoring & Enforcement

RBB reserves the right to monitor your use of the Service to ensure compliance with this Agreement. This includes tracking transmissions and collecting identifiable information for diagnostics and fraud prevention.

If improper or harmful activity is detected, RBB may:

  1. Terminate your access to the Service immediately without notice or refund.
  2. Initiate legal action if necessary.
  3. Cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute violators.

Please note: RBB’s right to monitor does not imply a duty to do so. Users are fully responsible for their activities.

RBB shall not be liable, and you hereby waive all claims against RBB, for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: - Punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages - Loss of privacy or security - Personal injury or property damage - Interruptions or failure of service - Lost profits, business, or data - Unauthorized access or security breaches (e.g., viruses or other harmful components) - Costs for replacement products or services - Inability to use the Service - Interceptions or loss of transmissions or data - Any losses from goods/services purchased or data/messages received through the Service

If you are dissatisfied with the Service or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with its use.

RBB does not control, nor is RBB responsible or liable for, data, content, services, or products (including software) that you access, download, receive or buy via the Service.

RBB may block information, transmissions or access to certain information, services, products or domains to protect RBB, its network, the public, or users. Messages and other content may be deleted before delivery.
The Internet contains unedited materials, some of which may be offensive to you. RBB is not a publisher of third-party content accessed through the Service and is not responsible for its content, accuracy, timeliness, or delivery.
You are responsible for all charges by third-party vendors for products, services, or content accessed via the Service.
If you use the Service to access third-party websites, your personal information may be available to those providers. Their use of your data is governed by their privacy policies, not RBB’s. RBB has no responsibility for how third-party providers handle your data, or whether they comply with their own policies.
You are solely liable for any content transmitted by or to you using the Service, and your use must always comply with applicable laws and instructions for use.
RBB may terminate or suspend service if your use violates this Agreement, interferes with other users, or violates any laws. RBB’s monitoring does not constitute review or approval of your usage.

Warranty Disclaimer:
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service. Neither RBB nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, dealers, suppliers, parents, subsidiaries or affiliates warrant that the information, products, processes and/or services available through the Service will be uninterrupted, always available, accurate, complete, useful, functional or error free.
Non-Refundable Payment:
In the event you cancel the Services after payment, no refunds will be provided once usage has started. All payments are final.
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Users aged 13–17 may use the Service only with parental or guardian permission. No one under 13 may use the Service. By accepting this Agreement, you represent you meet these requirements.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBB and its representatives from all claims, penalties, fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees), settlements, and damages arising from (i) content submitted through your account; (ii) your use of the Service; (iii) violation of this Agreement; and (iv) failure to comply with applicable laws.
Privacy and Security:
Wireless internet connections used by the Service are not secure. Communications may be intercepted or equipment compromised. RBB does not guarantee privacy protection. You are responsible for using tools to protect your communications and devices.
Termination of Service:
RBB may suspend or terminate Service at any time without notice. RBB will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by termination.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
RBB may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Review Terms regularly.
No Third Party Endorsement or Beneficiaries:
Third-party names, marks, products or links do not imply endorsement by RBB. RBB is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices. No third party has rights or claims under this Agreement.
Copyrights and Trademarks:
The Service and related software are protected by intellectual property laws. All RBB trademarks and marks remain the exclusive property of RBB. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the software only as permitted. Content accessed through the Service may be protected by third-party IP rights.
Severability:
If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties’ intent and remaining terms remain in effect. If obligations are materially impaired, RBB may terminate the Agreement.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes not resolved by agreement are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
